Collaboration: Uniting People and Skills in Ministry

Thursday JUNE 1, 2023 7 pm – 9 pm Eastern

(This course was originally offered for May 25th, but had to be rescheduled due to a personal matter)

Collaborative or shared ministry is a fast-developing concept in the church today, a topic of growing interest arising out of the call to all Christians to share their gifts in ministry.

This workshop will focus on skills necessary for collaboration, obstacles encountered, methods of organizing, and the management and possible resolution of conflict.
Working from the premise that all baptized persons are called to ministry, we will address practical ways of shifting from individual to mutual endeavours. This workshop will unite theory and practice, and will draw on experience in various fields of ministry to illustrate the key points.
