Saskatoon Ignite Events

2nd Sunday of Advent: Mark 1:1-8

Tuesday December 1    7 pm – 9 pm EST

The Advent Season is a time to “Prepare the Way of the Lord”. Join us for an evening of reflection on Sacred Scripture, discussion and fellowship, anticipating the message of hope of the coming of the Messiah in our lives today as we reflect on the Readings for the Second Sunday of Advent.  Think of it as an “informal Bible Study” for young adults! When we gather in-person, we typically end our evening with a beer at a local pub.  Feel free to join the conversation at your computer with a beer and some snacks! Our Presenter is Fr. Tony Bidgood C.Ss.R., Redemptorist Adult Faith Formation Team, St. John’s NL, and the evening is facilitated by our Ignite Team.
